Luxury interior design for a modern villa near Amsterdam
For this modern villa in Zwaanshoek, Choc Studio was given complete freedom to design and realize a new interior. From wall finishes to flooring, from bespoke cabinetry to a custom fireplace — every detail was carefully developed. A spacious sunken lounge and outdoor terrace with barbecue strengthen the connection between indoors and outdoors. On the upper floor, the children’s bedrooms, bathrooms, a study and the master suite with walk-in closet were furnished in a contemporary style with a touch of luxury.
The question: how do you combine bespoke luxury with a layout that works in everyday family life?
The clients wanted a villa that is modern and stylish, but also easy to live in. Their wish was an interior where custom-made solutions add character, and where indoor and outdoor spaces flow naturally into one another. How do you design a home that unites elegance with liveability?
The solution: design and execution in one hand
Choc Studio created a complete concept with bespoke design at its core. From cabinetry and fireplace to floors and finishes, every element was carefully detailed. The sunken lounge and outdoor terrace with barbecue create a lively connection between inside and outside. On the first floor, the bedrooms, bathrooms and study were all designed with a focus on practical layouts and well-balanced finishes
The result: contemporary living near Amsterdam
The home is furnished with furniture from Marac, Meridiani and the Pure Choc line. Rugs from Limited Edition and carpeting from Van Besouw provide a warm base. For finishes, paint by Little Greene and wallpaper by Phillip Jeffries were chosen, complemented by fabrics by Villa Nova, Zinc and Casamance. Lighting by Foscarini, Tom Dixon, Maretti and Layer by Adje completes the look. The result is a villa that brings together luxury, customization and convenience in a natural way.
