can I also visit without an appointment?
No, our studio is only accessible by appointment. This guarantees we have sufficient time for you and won't be interrupted.
what do I need to bring to the introductory meeting?
For the meeting, it helps to have architectural drawings and floor plans (new build), or photos of the current situation and any existing floor plans (renovation). But the most important thing you bring is yourself: how you live, what you like and what you're hoping to achieve.
does the introductory meeting cost anything?
No, the first introductory meeting is free and without obligations.
how quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually we can schedule an appointment within 1-2 weeks, depending on our calendar. For urgent projects, we do our best to arrange something sooner.
I don’t live near Haarlem, can you also come to me?
For the introductory meeting, we prefer to welcome you at our studio: this immediately shows who we are and how we work. After commissioning, we do visit your home to view and measure the space.
do you work in both English and Dutch?
We're bilingual. All communication can be in English or Dutch, whatever you prefer.
can you also meet in the evening or weekends?
Yes, evening and weekend appointments are possible upon request.
