From family kitchen to bar: luxury villa interior near Utrecht
The designers of Choc Studio created and realized the interior of a villa in the wooded area of Soest, near Utrecht. The living room, family kitchen, master bedroom and basement bar were completely renewed. With generous furniture, warm colours, luxurious materials and soft fabrics, the result is a harmonious and inviting home that connects naturally to its surroundings.
The question: how do you ensure that a renovation not only renews, but also adds cohesion and atmosphere?
The owners wanted more than just a new interior: their villa needed to feel warm and welcoming, while functioning as a cohesive whole. How do you turn separate spaces into a home that feels balanced and inviting?
The solution: redesign with an eye for balance
Choc Studio developed an interior where colour, materials and layout come together. The family kitchen and living room received a warm foundation with generous furniture and soft fabrics. The master bedroom was designed for peace and relaxation, while the basement bar invites leisure and entertainment. Carefully selected materials tie the different areas together into one cohesive home.
The result: a villa that radiates warmth and luxury
The villa is furnished with pieces from Marac and Pure Choc, with rugs by Carpetlinq and Van Besouw and wall coverings from Arte. Fabrics by Casamance, Equipo DRT and Zinc Textile add refinement, while lighting from Tooy, Contardi, Zava and Layer by Adje completes the atmosphere. Marble was supplied by Lenarduzzi, and all bespoke joinery was crafted by Oostergracht.
