Renovation and interior design for a semi-detached villa
A father and daughter chose a spacious semi-detached villa in Overveen, close to Haarlem. The property required a full renovation and interior redesign. Choc Studio managed the process: new floors and wall finishes, a modern lighting plan, and a custom partition wall with integrated fireplace. A new furniture layout completed the home.
The question: how do you give an existing home a fresh start?
The house had good bones but did not match the new owners’ lifestyle. How do you turn it into a modern family home with the right balance of comfort and style?
The solution: renovation and interiors combined
Choc Studio oversaw both renovation and furnishing in one seamless process. Within a month, the villa was updated with new floors, walls and window treatments. A custom partition wall with fireplace added warmth and structure. The interior was completed with design furniture and a considered lighting concept.
The result: a modern family villa in Overveen
The home was furnished with pieces by Meridiani and the Pure Choc collection. Wall coverings by Wall & Deco and curtains by Romo added refinement. Lighting by Layer by Adje, Contardi, Fabbian and Nemo Cassina completed the scheme.
