On the Bloemendaalse park Brederode, on the edge of the dunes, a special national monument has been redeveloped. In this former psychiatric hospital - with its bizarre high ceilings and fascinating history - 43 luxury homes have been realised. In the summer of 2016, Choc Studio was commissioned to design the interior of one of these houses. After an intensive construction process, four years later the final touches were put on the completion of the interior design.
The end result, of which the imposing spiral staircase forms the heart, was published in Stijlvol Wonen Magazine in December 2020.
Furniture by Meridiani, Prades and Pure Choc, among others. Doors of Albed. Rugs from Limited Edition and Van Besouw. Wallpaper from Wall&Deco, Arte and Dutch Walltexile, fabrics from Kirkby Design. Lighting from Nemo, Fambuana and Tooy.
